Brand Clarity Guide is sold and delivered by Top Shelf Media Co., 113 Court Street, Unit C, Pickens, SC 29671. Buying it means you agree to what is on this page.

There are three tiers. Self-Paced at $480, Reviewed at $997, Guided at $2,385. What each one includes is set out on the sales page, and what is listed there is what you get.

Where a tier includes time with us, that session is booked through the calendar link we send you once your workbook is done. Sessions are held over video unless we agree otherwise.

Access is for you and one business. You log in with a link sent to the email address you bought with. Please do not share that login, and do not download, copy, resell, or republish the videos or the workbook.

We say lifetime access, and we mean it for as long as we run this course. If we ever retire it we will give you notice and a way to keep what you have.

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once, not on a subscription. Stripe handles the payment and any card fees.

You can upgrade to a higher tier later and pay only the difference between the two list prices. Upgrades close once the one-on-one session for your current tier has been delivered.

You have 14 days. Go through the material and do the work. If it has not made you clearer than when you started, email dusty@topshelfmediaco.com and we will refund you in full. We may ask to see the workbook, because the guarantee is on the work, not the purchase.

Once a one-on-one session has been delivered, that part of the purchase is not refundable. If you need to move a booked session, give us 24 hours' notice.

This is a course and a framework, not a guarantee of revenue. What you get out of it depends on the work you put in and on your own market. We do not promise specific results, and nothing on the site should be read as a claim about what your business will earn.

Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.

What you write in the workbook is yours. If you send us a review or a video, you are giving us permission to publish it only if you tick the box that says so, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.

Referral codes pay commission on sales made by people who arrive on that code and buy within the attribution window shown in our privacy policy. Commission is paid after the refund window has closed. Codes can be deactivated if they are used in a way we did not agree, including paid search on our own brand name or unsolicited email.

Tell us first. Email dusty@topshelfmediaco.com and we will try to sort it out. Our liability is limited to what you paid us. These terms are governed by the law of South Carolina.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was on this page the day you bought.
